Job Description

The Mailroom Support Agent’s primary function is to process specialty mail and detect any fraudulent activity.Β You will be paid $15/hour and will work onsite at our 701 Experian Parkway, Allen, TX office and report to the Customer Support Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Process specialty correspondence by opening and scanning department mail
  • Code mail by correspondence type and route to the appropriate department
  • Screen mail to detect fraudulent activity
  • Navigate the scanning system and applications. Performing limited maintenance on the scanning system.
  • Ability to lift and carry bins of mail weighing up to 25-30 pounds.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • You will have at least 6 months of customer service experience
  • You will work an 8-hour shift between 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm CST Monday -Friday and must have flexibility to work overtime
  • You must pass a criminal background check, employment verification, education verification, credit check, and a drug screen.

You will:

  • Have previous experience working in a mailroom environment
  • Have experience in retail or warehouse environments; skills in inventory management and package handling which are transferable to mailroom operations
  • Experience in logistics, shipping, or receiving roles may have relevant skills and follow procedures for efficient mail distribution
  • Have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel; internet, e-mail, and ability to operate office equipment

Automotive Account Executive – Lender Sales (Remote)

As an Automotive Account Executive, you will be the business lead on your portfolio of accounts. You will lead the strategy, define the sales plan and be the main contact for Experian product sales within your named accounts. As the account lead, this dynamic position requires the Automotive Account Executive to understand and represent Experian data assets and lead the organizational sales inclusive of Automotive, Consumer Credit, Commercial Credit, Data Sciences and Marketing solutions.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Exceed sales goals each year by driving the sale of Experian and Experian Automotive products and solutions to our client base.
  • Experience with trends and developments in the automotive finance space, its implications to Experian Automotive and how to best leverage to win more share of our clients business.
  • Be the curator of your client’s business and use insights and relationships to create strategies to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Generate business plans for each client that outlines untapped opportunities, new revenue streams and partnerships.

Senior Staff Engineer

As a Senior Staff Engineer in the ECS team, reporting to the Sr. Software Development Manager, you’ll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines and Business and UX to deliver new functionalities in the membership experience for our D2C website.

Responsibilities

  • You will use industry-leading web frameworks and technologies in a micro-frontend solution
  • Prototype, develop, test, and integrate the best responsive web components
  • You can offer insights and analysis on an existing codebase
  • Peer review code with other engineers to ensure software engineering best practices
  • Integrate with RESTful web services in the AWS cloud from multi-tiered web applications
