- Conduct customer research via calls
- Communicate with the customers to understand their pain points on the product and convey it to relevant teams

Skills Required
- 3+ years of experience in the customer service and outcalling
- Excellent Proficiency in English, Hindi, and a regional language
- Should have experience in outbound calls
