Product Owner – Manufacturing Engineering D&AI
The primary purpose of this role is to own Data & AI (D&AI) Products that will accelerate and improve probability of success of Manufacturing & Engineering activities in GSK’s Global Supply Chain, directly aligned to GSC’s Smart Manufacturing Digital Transformation Program. This role will act as a strategic bridge between business and Tech/Data worlds. This role will leverage business domain understanding, D&AI expertise, and Product Management skills to define and agree vision and roadmaps for individual D&A products such as Digital Twins, transformative AI use cases, and Master Data Management for the Manufacturing & Engineering businesses.
This role will be responsible for overseeing the development and deployment of data-driven and AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and decision-making processes across the organization. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including various tech and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize opportunities for leveraging data and AI technologies. The Product Owner will also be accountable for defining the product vision and strategy, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with GSK’s Smart Manufacturing ambition.
Key Responsibilities :
- Understanding needs, business processes and data requirements of customer-groups and users, and manage key business relationships for your D&AI products
- Combining business understanding with knowledge of established and emerging D&AI capabilities to identify and cultivate D&AI use-cases from ideas into potential D&A products
- Matrix-manage a mission based team focused on complex use case and platform capability delivery
- Thinking and acting with agility, using experimentation, user demos and other sources of rapid feedback to iteratively refine the D&AI Product Roadmap and backlog throughout the Product lifecycle
- Actively participating in quarterly and sprint planning, work with customers and other Product teams to reduce dependencies and remove blockers
- Engaging with D&AI Architecture team and others to ensure D&AI Product technical design aligns with target architecture and established standards
- Develop and oversee user training programs and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of data and AI solutions by end-users.
- Ensuring overall quality and compliance of D&AI Product including GxP Validation if required

Principal Product Manager-Supply Chain Execution
The Product Manager, Supply Chain Execution within the GP&T ERP team is a key role within GSK supporting our ambitions for a digital supply chain.
The product manager is responsible for working with the business to deliver the roadmap for their product domain, in collaboration with the global product owner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for co-developing and executing product roadmaps for the following products within the supply chain execution domain: direct procurement (SAP MM) – this also includes data management tools.
- Product management: Accountable for managing the product backlog and prioritizing all Digital & Tech services within their respective product domain, ensuring continuous feedback from business customers and end users. Partner with other tech groups as required to align and agree plans.
- Quality, Risk & Compliance: Accountable for ensuring all products supporting the business are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements.
- Service Management: Managing the Level 3 support in the supply chain execution area for related products
