Overview:

Hero Honda is hiring eligible and interested applicants for the post of Area Manager at their Jaipur, Rajasthan India locations. This role will be responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of a city and will be reporting to the head of Operations of Freedom.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the city team, hiring, training new recruits and assigning targets, formulating incentive plans as well as career planning for each member of the team
  • Build and develop strong business relationships with the concerned local public & private authorities like
  • RTO: For registration and other required clearance processes
  • City & Traffic Police: Advance information on our processes, handling traffic rule violation cases etc.
  • Metro, Bus Stand, Airports, Railway Stations: For possible tie-ups and demand Generation
  • Colleges, Malls, Hospitals, Theatres: For parking space and demand generation
  • Define the city growth strategy and ensure on-ground execution is aligned to the same
  • Lead multi-layered operations teams by formulating goals, incentive programs etc.
  • Launch cost effective offline marketing campaigns to create awareness in the city
  • Should act as a team member when the same is not present
  • Should be a single point of contact for taking all the incoming/outgoing calls related to the project

Academic Qualification & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in field activities related to Shared Mobility or Automobile Business
  • Graduate (Post Graduate preferred)

Technical Skills/Knowledge

  • Experience of Managing Operations in any shared mobility company
  • Strong & relevant educational background, preferably, a post graduate.
  • 5+ years of experience in ground operations, sales and marketing, delivering business numbers
  • Experience in managing a team of 10+ members
  • Good People management skills, managing layered in-house and external teams
  • Should possess – strong ownership, work ethic, willingness to get hands dirty and an attitude to get stuff done, good business sense,
    multitasking and prioritization abilities and the ability to handle ambiguity
  • Record of achieving targets – including planning, team management and execution of business plans
  • Ability to break down and solve complex problems through analytical excellence and business acumen
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel is mandatory), should be able to prepare and share reports at periodic intervals

Territory Manager- Customer Experience

Role

As the Territory Manager- CE you will be part of the Customer Experience team and will report to the Area Service Manager.
The purpose of your role will be :
1. To ensure maximum customer connect to enhance customer experience
2. To facilitate Value added services to customer to enhance business penetration in order to generate more revenue
3. To implement Balanced Scorecard approach and points
4. To provide product support in the field

A purpose driven role for you

Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. To drive revenue growth and maximisation of profitability in Dealer Service
2. To increase the Happiness Index (CEI & CES) and work on reducing the customer complaints by coordinating with all the stakeholders so that the end customer gets the delightful experience in the HMCL workshops
3. To ensure the timely submission of Warranty and FSC claims by the channel partners.
4. To reduction of non-claiming channel partners, reduce warranty rejection etc.

As the TM- CE, your day will start on strategising and making plans on how to drive revenue growth and maximise it. This role will will allow you to interact with the different stakeholders from internal to external and provide you an exciting opportunity to explore on how to make a difference in the satisfaction levels of the customers directly

Academic Qualification & Experience

– BE / B Tech (Mech)

– Minimum 2-3 years as Territory manager in any OEM

Technical Skills/Knowledge

– Knowledge of Product & Variants

– Knowledge of systems & processes at Hero & channel partner
