Essential Duties
- Rack, build, cable, configure, and provision Intel and Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) servers.
- Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment.
- Troubleshoot, test, quality assurance of server hardware.
- Professionally resolve hardware issues via trouble ticket.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Operating System Installation Windows Server, Linux, Unix
- Rack, cable, and deploy Cisco Layer 2 networking equipment a plus
- Web Server and Database installation experience a plus
- Must be able to work in this country without company sponsorship
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be willing to learn quickly, multi-task, and work in a fast pace environment
- Moderate knowledge of PC hardware concepts and component installation.
- Basic knowledge of various internet-related services and software (mail, web, DNS, etc).
- General understanding of computer networking concepts.
- Customer focused attitude with some previous customer service experience.
- Network wiring/cabling experience.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. Pay increment and frequency of pay will be in accordance with employment classification and applicable laws. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
