Technical Skills:
- Working knowledge of network systems and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:
- IT Operations Management:
Oversee IT operations and infrastructure management & Troubleshoot hardware and software
issues , Security and Compliance by Implement the IT security measures and ensure
Confidentiality, security and reliability of data
Support and Implementation of all business applications and oversee the implementation of
new initiatives and system upgradation activities
- Network Management and and troubleshooting, Ensure enforcement of firewall policies, Windows security measures, Anti virus, various controls and monitor network performance.
- Installation and Configuration and Supervise of IT devices at new retail sites.
- Prioritize and manage IT trouble tickets for timely and appropriate resolutions.
- Monitor calls, provide status reports, and analyze the issues and reporting of incidents
- Vendor Coordination:
Coordinate with vendors and service partners for prompt issue resolution.
- IT Asset Management and Audit support
Responsible for managing IT assets of site and support during the IT functional / Regulatory
audits.
- Project Execution and IT administrator role
Able to coordinate and execute tasks for assigned IT projects from INFRA prospective.
- Monitoring and Auditing:
Monitor the performance of network and applications and Coordinate with the External /
Internal stakeholders for ensure the effectiveness and performance as desired, Follow
standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal / external
teams.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensure SLAs are met and work proactively to maintain compliance. Seek guidance as needed to deliver quality outcomes and ensure timely resolutions for IT functional concerns.
- Issue Resolution: Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide timely solutions for system/application issues.
- This is an individual contributor role and even this role may require to work in rotational shifts

- In-charge of P & L account of India co-marketing business having portfolio of Biologics
- Annual budgeting including portfolio, gross margins & profitability plans
- Evaluate new business opportunities with potential new clients / product portfolio & working on commercial feasibility
Client management:
- Establish and maintain long term relationships with active & potential clients
- Involved in complete due diligence process with client & Intas technical teams for clearance of technical parameters
- Exploring business expansion opportunities for new products and formulations
Cross-functional Team management:
- Working across boundaries for demand forecasting / ensuring timely supplies / maintaining payment cycles by coordinating with both external as well as internal stakeholders / teams
- Initiate and renew supply agreements with competitive terms and amendments thereafter with the help of in-house legal department

Education & experience:
