•CAPEX Budget Maintenance
•Validation of proposal of Fixed assets.
•Creation / Capitalize / Disposal / Scrap / Transfer / Sale / review of Fixed assets Projects.
•Assets under Construction (AUC)-Reporting and Analysis
•Consolidation of fixed assets risk and review the health of key areas.
•Reconcile Depreciation Balance / AUC / Acquisition.
•Support in External Audit / KSOX.
•Maintain Fixed Asset Register / Capital Spend recording.
•Study, Review and update of Internal controls around Key processes of fixed Assets.
•Keep pace with numerous changes which are happing in accounting methodology across industries.
•Conduct physical verification of Assets periodically and maintain record.
•Support stakeholders on accounting and manage any changes to fixed assets.
Required Skill sets:-
•More than 3-6 years of Finance & accounts experience in automobile industry. Total 9-12 years overall experience.
•Mandatory experience in Fixed Assets function (preferably in automobile domain).
•Ability to work with in a team and independently.
•Good analytical and reason analysis skills.
•People Management, Problem solver with good communication and interpersonal skills
•Working knowledge of Accounting Standard, Income tax, GST and applicable compliances.
