Your mission
As a Stock Controller, you will be an ambassador of the Brand ensuring the back of house efficiency and striving to constantly improve stock operations . This diverse role will manage the delivery operations, preparing and replenishing stock quickly and accurately as well as ensuring the right products are available on the shop floor to improve store efficiency and maximize the client experience. The Stock Controller will work closely together with the store team and the supply chain.

Public Relations Assistant
Job responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage Launchmetrics Women’s sample inventory under close PR Manager’s supervision.
- Monitor all sample arrivals and departures to ensure no product is lost in the process.
Agility
- Work alongside the Public Relations team in overseeing the execution of daily tasks (ie. sample trafficking with international offices, showroom management, DMR reporting, press recaps).
- Complete all hard copy and electronic press kit mailings.
- Maintain organized LVNA Photo & Press kits library while distributing press materials to publications.
Team Spirit
- Provide support on brand image events and press days as needed.
- Come with a growth mindset and tackle any departmental task/ ad hoc projects with enthusiasm, excitement, and brand curiosity.
Profile
We are eager to speak to individuals with 2-3 years of public relations experience, ideally with fashion or related backgrounds. Candidate should possess outstanding and sophisticated communication and influencing skills as well as strong proficiency in Launchmetrics, Excel, and PowerPoint. Furthermore, ability to maintain self and team composure while providing insights to foster trust and support development. Demonstrate emotional intelligence and the ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced environments. Being able to convey information effectively through verbal, written and presentation formats is crucial.
The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly within the range of USD $28-32/hr, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
