- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline. Post-qualification experience ranging from 1-3 years for an Associate and 3-5 years for a Senior Associate within a financial institution, preferably in an Asset Reconciliation team at a global custodian or an asset manager.
- Knowledge of the Financial/Banking Services industry and Shared Services operational models.
- Product knowledge, including Equities, Futures, FX, Fixed Income, Options, OTCs, Swaps, and more. Proficiency in reconciliation platforms such as TLM and Frontier, as well as familiarity with Blackrock Aladdin and Eagle Pace.
- Proven ability to think laterally, solve complex problems, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Flexibility and willingness to work across various timezones to accommodate client needs.

What You Offer
- Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Database (Sybase/MS-SQL/Oracle), Microsoft Excel, SQL Workbench, Alteryx, and scripting languages like BeanShell and Java; substantial experience in the administration of SailPoint and the Joiner/Mover/Leaver process;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills;
