Relationship Manager
- Doing daily meeting with clients and updating the same in the app, responsible for lead conversion.
- Collecting KYC documents, NOI and required documents of Customers getting file ready and ensuring all the other required formalities are done.
- Coordinating with Credit, Legal and Technical team for completing formalities
- Getting file ready for sanction
- Coordination with BSM and Sourcing proper files.

Cluster Legal Manager
- Responsible for Legal recovery for the cluster to ensure NPA accounts gets resolved through legal tools.
- Co-ordination with office of Tehsildar and SARFESI Agency for taking physical possession of Mortgaged Properties.
- Initiate All legal action against delinquent customers for Recovery of dues.
- Liasoning with Police and other government offices for official work.
Learning and Development
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate training sessions, workshops, seminars, and other learning activities. Ensure that all logistical aspects, such as venue, materials, and technology, are managed efficiently.
- Assist in the development of training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules. Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify and liaise with external training providers and consultants. Manage relationships and ensure that external training services meet quality standards and organizational requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Prepare reports on training outcomes, attendance, and ROI.
- Provide support to employees regarding training opportunities and career development resources. Address inquiries and provide guidance on available learning resources.
- Continuously assess and improve training programs based on feedback, emerging trends, and organizational needs. Implement best practices and innovative learning solutions
Comodities Trainer
- Develop and deliver training programs for traders
- Create educational materials such as presentations, videos, and documents
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accurate and up-to-date content
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary
- Stay current on market trends, trading strategies, and industry regulations
