Responsibilities Will Include
- Supporting the development of Netflix Ads Product Platform strategy.
- Acting as a strategic thought partner to cross-functional stakeholders, including Product Leaders, Measurement and Sales Leaders.
- Opportunity sizing and driving clarity around the business impact of our product initiatives. Providing strategic guidance on the right impact frameworks and levers.
- Modeling the financial impact of proposed new products and integrations. Working with colleagues on the Financial Planning and Analysis team to ensure that these changes are reflected in our financial forecast.
- Developing metrics and reporting around product performance and revenue generation.
- Preparing clear and concise presentation materials for stakeholders in small and large forums.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in strategy, product management, business operations or another related field.
- Knowledge of the streaming advertising, ad tech, and advertising measurement ecosystem.
- Good understanding of the product development process is a plus, though not required.
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders and successfully driving cross-functional alignment.
- Strong modeling skills and comfort with manipulating large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets. Working knowledge of SQL and Tableau will be a plus.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and an eye toward using the 80/20 rule to address problems.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to deliver work under tight timelines.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts with varying degrees of detail depending on the forum. You know your audience and what they’re looking for.
Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $50,000 – $240,000.

Workforce Productivity Specialists (WPS) are a global team that operate as technical leaders within the N-Tech Experience team. This role drives productivity and efficiency with Netflix technology. WPS blends their deep knowledge of how users experience technology with qualitative and quantitative data to help Product and Engineering partners reduce friction and complexity in the end-to-end user experience. Workforce Productivity Specialists partner cross-functionally across the organization to convert end user friction into curated data-informed stories that advocate for users and support teams experiencing friction. With those stories, WPS influences partners to reduce complexity and improve productivity and efficiency.
| RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead comprehensive analysis of user experience with technology, identifying current as well as forecasting potential future friction points. Through subject matter expertise, take the collection of learnings to recognize and quantify the impact to the business.
- Develop User Experience Insights to inform prioritization of enhancements and opportunities that drive an improved user experience. Escalations to Product/Eng around Improvements and Enhancements.
- Drive the Support Services Portfolio owning the support intake process and supportability reviews for N-Tech, ensuring we are prepared to take support ownership of a new service or product.
- Supportability reviews are a process by which we evaluate the readiness of an application, workflow or tool to be supported by Netflix Technology Services. This includes evaluating the user experience, user and support resources, and designing the support workflows.
- Curate data-informed stories that advocate for users and support teams experiencing friction with technology. With those stories, influence partners to reduce complexity and improve productivity and efficiency.
- Partner with N-Tech Domain Specialists to maintain and bolster the quality of feature requests and fixes for the assigned area/product domains and verticals.
- Develop and grow strong cross-functional relationships with business partners and clients throughout the Netflix ecosystem.

Senior Manager, Analytics Engineering – Ads Insights and Tooling
The Role
We recently launched a new ad-supported tier to offer our members more choice in how they consume their content. Our new tier allows us to attract new members at a lower price point while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach deeply immersed audiences.
Our Team
The Ads Data Science and Engineering team at Netflix’s mission is to help build the foundation of the ads business at Netflix. We conduct analyses and develop analytic tools, build predictive models and algorithms using machine learning, all with the goal of creating more choices and joy for our members. As a leader in this space, you’ll work closely with partner teams to think big picture about our business goals and how we achieve them through analysis and tooling. You will lead the team that enables Netflix to understand ads performance, enhance targeting capabilities, and inform advertiser effectiveness via developing Measurement solutions and creating business metrics. Your team will apply strong analytical rigor to evaluate ideas, dissect problems, build workflows, provide recommendations and drive success on end-to-end analytics initiatives in this 0 -1 space.

Network Architecture Intern, Summer 2025
The Role
Netflix is responsible for double digit percentages of the traffic on Internet access networks at peak times, and we’re working collaboratively with Internet Service Providers to ensure that our great content is delivered in a manner that is both highly efficient and cost effective. Today, we deliver 100% of Netflix content via Open Connect, our purpose-built content delivery network. We also strive to deliver a world class ecosystem to our content creators in every stage of the production process through technology and collaboration enabled by network solutions. We need great network professionals to help us manage the remarkable challenge and opportunity in these environments.
As a Network Architecture Intern, you will actively develop and execute test plans that exercise our existing and proposed network solutions for our network backbone, our Corporate offices, our creative production workflows, and our data center networks. This will be hands-on work in our test lab creating, executing and documenting test procedures and subsequent results while also helping to refine the overall testing program for our network ecosystem.
Who are you?
- Current student pursuing a Graduate or PhD degree in a technical field such as Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Information Technology, Data Science or related field
- You must have an expected graduation date around December 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026
- Candidates with significant relevant work experience (3+ years) may not be considered. While prior internships are okay, we may not consider candidates with multiple years of relevant work experience.
- Basic understanding of network and system design along with networking protocols.
