This position will focus on brand promotion and creating opportunities for the business. We are looking for someone who can work as part of a team, confidently bring forth bold ideas and further our ability to connect with clients, partners and communities through our marketing and communications efforts.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the development, coordination and execution of strategic marketing and communication plans that promote PCL’s service offerings
- Gathering and analyzing results of strategic plan tactics and recommending and executing future tactics based on analytics
- Maintaining a thorough knowledge of PCL’s markets, clients, capabilities and competitors
- Collaborating with regional teams to share best practices, corporate information and brand marketing strategies
- Collaborating to write and produce innovative marketing materials that leverage PCL branding, highlight service offerings, demonstrate operational excellence and innovative solutions to support sales efforts
- Working with internal subject matter experts to develop strong marketing content across multiple marketing platforms
- Researching and validating market and marketing information
- Writing clear and concise content for appropriate mediums
- Applying benefit and differentiator principles to marketing materials
- Participating in pursuit process, sharing valid ideas and occasionally producing proposals or presentations as needed
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing, communications or advertising.
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in a related role either within a corporation or an agency setting.
- Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and best practices.
- Experience writing and developing AEC-focused marketing content and materials.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of organization.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
- Advanced written and visual communication skills. Ability to create grammatically sound, customized, technical, written content with maximized readability and a customer focus.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with Superior InDesign layout skills: competent functionality within Adobe Suite programs (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Self-starter, self-scheduler, team-oriented individual; able to form and maintain effective relationships with different personalities and professional styles across all roles.
- Requires little to no direction in area of specialization.

PCL combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package. Any salary range displayed by a job board is an estimate. Your salary, which considers your unique qualifications and experience, is just one component of the robust total rewards you’ll enjoy at PCL. The salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $100,800 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Leads and advises on HRPD programs, policy, practices, and compliance for assigned client groups.
- Develops and executes a recruitment plan with appropriate sourcing strategies.
- Participates in district HRPD planning process and leads the development, execution and evaluation of district-level projects initiatives as assigned.

Field Engineer Internship Summer 2025
Here’s how a(n) Field Engineer Internship Summer 2025 for our Denver office contributes to our team:
Responsibilities
- Assist Field/Project Engineers, Project Managers, and Superintendents
- Conduct safety audits and quality audits
- Read and understand drawings and specifications
- Log submittals, process RFI’s and prepare reports
- Assist with surveying and project layout
- Maintain and update field drawings, field equipment and records
- Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors and field staff
- Coordinate material deliveries and documentation
- Attend relevant project meetings
- Prepare memos, letters, meeting minutes, contracts, and other forms and documents
- Assist with estimating and soliciting subcontractors and/or suppliers for information and pricing

Qualifications
