ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Oncology Marketing Associate will deliver on the following:
- Support PADCEV’s marketing operational activities to support brand success
- Delivery of sales materials to the field
- Deployment of marketing materials through various channels – field, digital and others
- Manage communications between marketing and internal partners
- Inventory & Print Management of Promotional Materials
- Take charge of print logistics, drop shipment plans, and webstore inventory
- Oversee marketing material inventory execution at warehouses
- Identify and address inventory issues and initiate re-approval processes for near-expiring materials
- Execute operational budget activities including monthly spend reconciliations, creation of SOWs and amendments, etc.
- Manage brand-level webstore activities and communications
CRM Management:
- Provide tactical CRM support through overseeing processes for Commercial promotional/non-promotional materials, including lifecycle management
- Own CRM re-approval workflows and route materials through MLR process
Promotional Material Review:
- Monitor marketing materials under review, ensure all comments are addressed, and confirm incorporation of required changes
Knowledge Management:
- Support Marketing teams in knowledge management related activities
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field is required
- 0-2 years of work experience or related university-level coursework, internship, etc. in product marketing/marketing operations in a highly regulated environment
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to contribute to organizational infrastructure projects that enable business driving creative excellence via breakthrough campaigns for products
- Delivery of organizational improvement initiatives that directly enhance the impact and effectiveness of product marketers
- Capable of translating business goals and product marketer pain-points into process improvements
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellence in execution
- Excellent communication and people engagement skills across a matrixed organization

Qualifications
Must-Have

- Strong knowledge of Computerized Systems, Compliance regulations and standards
- Experience with programming industrial control systems such as DCS, PLCs, SCADA systems, Historians, or SQL Server.
- Demonstrated experience in project management to timelines and budgets
- Experience in troubleshooting issues to root cause and recommending and implementing effective corrective actions.

Thought Leader Engagement Lead
The US Thought Leader Engagement Lead, Melanoma/CRC East, will play a critical role on the US Precision Medicine and Lung team by developing and executing an overarching Thought Leader engagement plan for key national and regional thought leaders in the field of Melanoma/CRC Oncology. Pfizer’s Melanoma/CRC Oncology portfolio spans multiple products, including core products such as Braftovi, Mektovi and Tukysa. This leader will create a first-class experience for external stakeholders in Melanoma/CRC Oncology in the East, coordinating relationships end-to-end (research to end-of-lifecycle) and working as part of a broader cross-functional Pfizer team. Focusing on National, Emerging, and certain Community Thought Leaders, the person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships across a wide variety of key Melanoma/CRC Oncology thought leaders, engaging Melanoma/CRC Oncology Thought Leaders via 1:1 engagements at major congresses and national / regional conferences to identify mutual points of interest between the TL and Pfizer Oncology Commercial, gathering insights on Melanoma/CRC Oncology Thought Leader beliefs and preferences to inform development and execution of HCP commercial strategies / tactics, nominating TLs for Ad Boards, Speaker Programs, or other programming as requested by marketing teams, collaborating with the Precision Medicine and Lung Global Thought Leader Strategy Lead, and advancing the capabilities of the US Precision Medicine and Lung Franchise.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Execute a robust multi-stakeholder engagement strategy for Melanoma/CRC Oncology Thought Leaders for National, Regional, Emerging, and Community Thought Leaders
- Execute strategic plan to maximize the life cycle of the Melanoma/CRC Oncology portfolio
- Obtain therapeutic insights from US-based Melanoma/CRC Oncology thought leaders and key stakeholders to help advance the Melanoma/CRC Oncology portfolio
- Serve as a point of coordination in Melanoma/CRC Oncology across multiple functions, therapeutic areas and the east geography to ensure Pfizer can become a preferred partner globally
- Establish and maintain organizational processes and guidelines (in partnership with legal/compliance) to ensure a consistent and compliant approach to KOL engagement
- Lead and direct insight gathering from 1:1 engagements, small group meetings, and advisory boards for actionable commercial implementation with US Thought Leaders
- Establish connectivity across Pfizer functions to facilitate connecting KOLs and key stakeholders to the appropriate internal subject matter experts as needed
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- BS / BA Degree required
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing, medical affairs, strategy, customer engagement or business development in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries
- Experience in Melanoma/CRC oncology is critical
- Strong executional focus and desire to spend a majority of time in the field engaging thought leaders is required, with >50% travel, including weekend travel
