JOB PURPOSE
To be responsible of managing the proper rotation of goods according to company regulations. To support the Stock Manager in all the responsibilities regarding the warehouse and the Store. Moreover, to deal with sales and therefore support the Sales Staff in order to maximize sales.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure to properly manage the daily goods receipt, to arrange the merchandise following the Corporate procedures, checking and preparing the product to be taken on the sales floor and/or special areas.
- Ensure the safety of the products and the valuable material in the warehouse during the whole handling process.
- Assure the right product flow tracking through SAP system.
- Always maintain order in the warehouse, according to the Corporate standards.
- Guarantee the returns, shop-to-shop transfers, and e-commerce delivery following the corporate guidelines and deadlines.
- Provide the orders of packaging material according to the store needs.

Sales Support Prada Broadway
Supporting sales Staff in providing and putting back products from stockroom to sales floor and to bring ordered items to cash desk.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the sales team when serving customers

Sales Audit Analyst
The Sales Audit Analyst is an integral contributor to Prada’s finance team, and is an experienced finance professional who will directly contribute to the success of the Company. The role of the Sales Audit Analyst is to ensure Prada’s internal policies & procedures, guidelines, and, financial integrity around sales and revenue processes comply with regulatory standards and industry practices. The position is responsible for reconciling the Retail network’s sales to the funds received via all tenders collected, monitoring cash management compliance, and providing daily retail support in all related areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and perform daily account reconciliations between the POS & funds collected for all retail sales (ie. cash, credit card, etc.) and ecommerce channels.
- Analyze and research discrepancies and continuously follow up with the retail teams for explanations/resolutions. Partner with the IT department on SAP and terminal discrepancies, as needed.
- Review the monthly concession settlement statements for accuracy and reconcile sales with payments received. Ensure all expenses charged are approved by the appropriate departments and reconcile “Returns from Other Locations” to confirm all returned products were received back at the original store of purchase.
- SAP receivable account clearings with balance sheet and P&L postings.
- Monitor, compile, and submit evidence to dispute Credit Card chargeback claims. Collect related documentation and supporting details from the retail store teams to meet submission deadlines.
- Process customer refund requests (i.e.. ACH, check, or wire) and coordinate with the retail store team and the A/P department for payment execution.
- Perform SAP inventory movements for lost products reimbursed through UPS.
- Contribute to month-end financial closing: prepare and book monthly credit card fees and expense accruals.
- Report Monthly Net Sales to the retail landlords for rent calculations.
- Monitor the Group Retail Finance emails daily and assist/respond to store requests as needed.
- Partner with Retail Operations and Loss Prevention to enforce internal controls and to ensure stores follow the proper cash operational procedures.
- Assist with audits, compliance, and special projects as necessary, working closely with other Finance areas and relevant departments throughout the Company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with ecommerce marketplace reconcilations
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and experience with booking journal entries.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail POS systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (i.e.. Pivot tables & V-lookups) required.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-resolution abilities (including follow-up), with a high degree of accuracy & attention to detail.
- Strong time management skills – detail and deadline-orientated, with great multi-tasking skills. Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

Visual Merchandiser, Central
The Visual Merchandiser, Central, PRADA is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the Corporate visual display standards in all directly owned Prada Boutiques, Concessions, and independent clients in the Central Region.
Responsibilities
- Manages the execution of window design and internal store merchandising as per headquarters’ guidelines via the North America Guideline team
- Provides input and feedback to the North America Guideline team regarding market trends in the Southeast Region
- Conceptualize new and innovative ideas for each store typology – Prada Boutiques and independent/department store corners while always maintaining the Group ideology and Prada vision
- Manage and direct the execution of window design/internal store merchandising as per headquarters’ guidelines
- Schedule Central region’s regular store visits
- Work closely with store management to train store staff on visual standards, visual display maintenance, guidelines, and product replenishment within the Southeast region store locations
- Responsible for coordination of floor moves
- Monitor displays to ensure they are correct, in stores in the assigned region in collaboration with Retail Merchandising with frequent and punctual checks of photographs sent by the stores.
- Supply adequate information to Store Managers and/or Store Visual personnel to ensure the maintenance of the display and any necessary daily updates.
- Collaborate with the Retail Engineering Department, providing feedback on the interior condition of stores, windows and display cases and objects.
- Other related Visual management projects as requested by the Company
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in an in-store or area visual merchandising role
- Luxury retail visual merchandising experience is highly desirable
