Junior Analyst – Risk Management

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Monitor transactions/ merchants to identify risk/fraud and take necessary action immediately.
  • Handle transaction queries in case of discrepancies where disputes arise from the customer.
  • Work closely with the partner banks and Cybercell to handle chargebacks/customer disputes and ensure timely recovery to reduce losses.
  • Speak to merchants or customers to understand and address queries/concerns.
  • Identify innovative ways to reduce risks by providing inputs on enhancing the process and reduce monetary losses.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Freshers, knowledge about a customer support app or CRM , such as freshdesk
  • Knowledge of Stages/levels of chargebacks, penalty involved at the arbitration stage, technical chargebacks, Visa/Mastercard guidelines in brief, reason code in relation to fraud chargebacks.

Manager – Financial Operations

What will you get to work on?
You will have to work on managing the daily operational tasks including but not limited to
handling payments reconciliation, issues/queries raised by Merchants, Customers or Banks in
relation to Settlement, Refunds, Transactions, Payments etc.

Key Responsibilities:
• Need to closely work with the team members for recon and other issues and at times
require to contribute individually.
• Have good knowledge of product to resolve any customer, merchant or bank issues.
• Dealing with other team specially Support / Sales for resolution of queries.
• Handling areas that impact inflow and outflow of funds at transaction level.
• Complete tasks considering SLAs and preparation of various reports on daily, weekly
and monthly basis for team assigned.
• Co-ordinate with Banks for issues in reconciliation and payments and delay settlement of
funds.
• Work closely with Tech teams to raise red flags, share/prepare appropriate data for
investigation and understand the root cause to attain 100% reconciliation. Also, find
innovative ways of automation.
• Helping team members in Balancing and matching of the funds at day end. Analyse the
difference (if any) and treatment of the same.
• Resolve invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Month End Deliverables: Cost reports, Escrow Tagging, Gateway Reconciliation
summary with leadership with variances reasons.
• manage cross-functional stakeholders across customer support, tech, product, business,
risk, compliance, legal and external stakeholders across banks, processors, and
networks

Requirement –

  • 8-10 years of experience in Operations of Payment Gateway / E-wallet/ Fintech firm.
  • Good knowledge about MS-Offce (Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, with an ability to organize and work independently with rapidly changing priorities.

The ideal candidate will play a vital role in managing the P2P cycle, with hands on experience of SAP (MM). This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procurement Process: Handle end-to-end procurement processes, from purchase requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services.
  • Purchase Orders: Prepare and manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve issues related to late or defective goods.
  • Contract Management:  Coordinate with various stakeholders to have the contract reviewed and executed.
