As the Associate, Payroll member you will be responsible for a wide variety of payroll processes that include but are not limited to, working within Dayforce to enter data through quick entry, and review Kronos data for accuracy. You will also work with our payroll partners within HR, accounting, mobility and the HR Delivery Center to ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time. You will have the opportunity to work with the payroll team to ensure compliance with state and federal policies.  Additionally, you will collaborate with your payroll team members, our business partners, and subject matter experts to elevate the employee experience and enhance the payroll department.

This is an on-site position in Racine, WI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit time sheets on a biweekly basis to ensure hours reported are accurate
  • Process payroll GL files and reconcile to SAP to ensure all data was processed correctly
  • Work with client services at Ceridian and the payroll team on any updates which need to be made to Dayforce
  • Responsible for the compilation and updating of all processes and procedures related to payroll activities Working with the payroll team you will analyze and evaluate existing processes, make recommendations for changes implement improvements to increase efficiencies.
  • Identify, research and resolve payroll discrepancies through independent review and evaluation, taking appropriate corrective action to avoid pay issues
  • As part of the MyHR Delivery Center, address employees’ concerns and questions in a timely manner

Required Experience You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years minimum experience with processing payroll for 1000+ employees
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Waxdale Production Operator (PG 3)

Able to autonomously setup, run, changeover and troubleshoot multiple technologies on a production line with various types of low-tech and high-tech equipment; this may include filling, labeling, packaging and palletizing equipment across single or multiple lines. Serves as the subject matter expert, and can train

others, which includes completing training documentation. The primary goal is to work safely with a focus on teamwork towards the reduction of downtime, as well as improving efficiency and quality. Partnering with cross-functional teams is crucial to the success of an Aerosols and Liquids Operator.

Autonomous Tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Runs/sets up industrial equipment, such as:
  • Assembling or sorting equipment
  • General automated manufacturing or production equipment
  • Follows equipment safety standards:
  • Performs safety checks
  • Uses safety devices – interlocks, e-stops, guarding
  • Ensures product quality, such as:
  • Conducting quality audits
  • Identifying and addressing defective product
  • Recovering from bad audits
  • Performs tasks such as:
  • Removing and replacing equipment parts for changing over to other products
  • Completing preventative maintenance, such as cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating equipment

  • These positions will be on the back shift with openings on 2nd, 3rd or 12 hour teams.
  • Ability to complete the essential functions of the job and tolerate the ergonomic stressors of the job. Production Technician

A technician will be responsible for day-to-day operational activities in a fast paced highly automated technical manufacturing environment. Our primary goal is to work safely towards the reduction of downtime and improving our efficiency and quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The position reports to the Production Manager and is primarily accountable for:
•    Ownership for self and team safety
•    High involvement in Employee Driven Safety practices and teams
•    Monitor process and product quality
•    Maintain and improve quality
•    Work to maximize uptime and reduce scrap
•    Identification of wastes and elimination of losses
•    Active participation in employee led Autonomous Production Teams focused on the elimination of losses

•    Application of root cause problem solving methods and practices
•    Proper utilization of plant data collection systems
•    Successful operation of technology across multiple lines or execution of multiple technologies within a single line

•    Support Plant audits: GMP, SQA, ISO, SEA, Housekeeping, Centerlining, etc.

Warehouse Technician

The person in this role is a member of a flexible, multi-skilled work team that is responsible for planning, implementing, and controlling the efficient, effective flow and storage of product from the site to other locations, RDC’s, and customers. This person will work closely with plant personnel, traffic, and scheduling.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure correct procedures are followed when entering data into systems or performing other tasks
  • Troubleshoot and maintain palletizers and associated equipment
  • Unload lines and assign product to trailers
  • Interface with computer systems
  • Close trailers to various destinations with correct mix and quantities of products
  • Operate forklifts and associated equipment
  • Receive goods and supplies in shipping center
  • Receive product from other buildings for transfer to RDC’s
  • Be proactive in the development and documentation of methods and procedures for performing tasks
  • Support Plant audits: GMP, SQA, ISO, SEA, Housekeeping, Centerlining, etc.
