KYC Associate

About the role

  • Video customer identification carries out customer identification process through video calls performing due diligence checks and reviewing KYC documentation through video calls.
  • Customer service must exhibit the highest standard of customer service to ensure customers are comfortable through our verification process.

Team Lead – Finance Operations

About the role

 

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the Finance Operations Team and be involved in Payments/ PPI processes & upcoming QR programs. This role will also involve a lot of collaboration with several teams in-house.

What You will do

  • Handle the team and ensure all the processes are in a structural time frame.
  • Ensure SOP / and if any new implementations related to process are placed as per regulations
  • Coordinate and set up meetings with intermediate stakeholders like M2P, Axis, Razorpay, in order to set recurring processes.
  • Manage end to end reconciliation processes and GLs for programs like- Rupay, UPI, Bill Desk etc.
  • Manage Team’s issues and exceptions related to process
  • Regular interactions with 3rd party like- Rupay, NPCI team, Axis and other vendors.
  • Vendor managements, Invoice validation, Billing services etc. to be handled in effective manner
  • Update team and provide resolution to the customers via coordination with cross functional teams
  • Understand the Payment and PPI wallet programs and will be dedicated to programs, respectively.
  • Process checks and control points to be built along with the team.
  • Basis on the experience, need to be pro-active in designing / structuring the new process

 

What you will need

 

  • Any undergraduate/undergraduate degree (BE/B. Tech/MBA) with experience of 3-4 years.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent at Problem-solving, Decision Making and Critical Thinking

As a Business Analyst, you will help shape slice’s credit and business strategies by combining your product and business acumen and data driven insights. Being a key member of the team, you’ll work closely with leadership, credit, and product teams to craft and execute analytics-driven strategies for business growth.   • Break down a business problem into different smaller problems.
