The Food & Beverage team enables a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is fresh, in stock, available and accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. This team leads food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all Food & Beverage areas of the store.

- Deliver an exceptional guest experience, providing a fresh and full shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task
- Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage Standards
- Understand how operational procedures impact shortage and profitability
- Execute Food & Beverage processes including FDC/RDC replenishment, pulls, stocking, zoning, in-stocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, Item Removal, signing and backstock
- Execute fast-mover inventory by proactively adding and removing items as seasonality, ad, transitions and demand require
- Follow all food safety requirements as outlined through best practice
- Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
- Partner with Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distributors to proactively set and maintain DSD POGs, transitions and backroom space
- Locate and identify damaged, recalled or expired items and process according to best practice
- Create a welcoming experience by authentically greeting all guests
- Observe to quickly understand whether a guest needs assistance or wants to interact. Follow body language and verbal clues to tailor your approach
- Engage with guests in a genuine way, which includes asking questions to better understand their specific needs
