Project Management Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO to support the strategic

initiatives within the CDO’s Office. The individual will play a key role in managing projects,

driving operational excellence, and ensuring smooth communication across various business

units. The ideal candidate should have an MBA with experience in the BFSI/Technology

industry, agility and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Additionally, the candidate should be well read, abreast with matters in the business/ tech

affairs. Powerpoint Presentation and basic MS office, word is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management: Manage multiple cross-functional projects within the CDO’s

Office, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.

Strategic Planning: Work closely with the CDO to support strategic initiatives,

setting goals, KPIs, and tracking performance metrics.

Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the CDO’s office and various

internal/external stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring alignment on

key projects.

Governance & Reporting: Establish and maintain governance frameworks to

monitor the progress of ongoing initiatives. Prepare executive reports and

presentations for senior leadership.

Data-Driven Decision Making: Assist the CDO in leveraging data for key business

decisions, tracking project performance, and driving data initiatives.

Operational Excellence: Implement process improvements, identify bottlenecks,

and introduce efficiencies across the department’s operations.

Budget Oversight: Support the finance team with budgeting, forecasting, and

financial reporting related to CDO office projects.

Team Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., IT, finance, operations) to

ensure smooth coordination and timely execution of strategic projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: MBA from a recognized institution.

Experience: Total Experience of 3-7 years, Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in project management, business

operations, or a similar role, preferably in the BFSI industry.

Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the finance/banking sector and the

ability to navigate its complexities.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability

to convey complex information to senior leadership.

Leadership: Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage

The Data & AI Project Manager is a critical role responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of advanced analytics and AI/ML projects within our Fintech@Scale NBFC organization reporting to the Chief AI & Data Officer. This position requires a blend of project management expertise and a solid understanding of data driven methodologies.
