Purpose of the Role

 

 

This position will be responsible for delivering customer operational objectives of the organization. Providing high levels of support to network, resolving customer issues, facilitate service and spare parts sales, after-sales revenue and drive high customer satisfaction and through service network

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibility

 

 

1. Customer Management:
Drive customer issue resolution and escalations in a timely manner
Facilitate product deliver and availability of product by ensuring training, process adherence, costs and delivery
Drive customer satisfaction by monitoring feedbacks and taking corrective actions
Assist in the modernization of service partners to improve processes, faster turn arounds and deliver better customer experiences
Formulate and assist dealer service campaigns, customer meets, feedback processes and new product introductions
Drive sales and inflow with service partners through workshops and marketing activities: service campaigns and recon campaigns.
Improve paid services revenue at service partners with target schemes: discount coupons, dealer-labour AMC, fitness certificate
Drive the accidental business turnover through initiatives: cashless insurance tie-ups, Tata Motors Insurance, parts support
Proactively follow-up on warranty and AMC repairs and ensuring all processes are followed with regards to vehicle repairs process and payments
Established safety protocols in all workshops conducted. Audit all service processes to ensure compliance as per company standards
Increasing silver & gold certified technicians in workshops
Conduct workshop assessment report bi-annually to improve the process and infrastructure with service partners and enable grading accordingly

2. People Management:
Ensure strong communication between teams to facilitate exchange of information and in order to implement change and improvements
Provide trainings support to service partner on specialty tools, send mechanics to training center when needed
Coordinate and execute pre-delivery inspection training
Facilitate trainings of new products and tools to ensure service partners are well prepared.

Within the challenging environment of demand fluctuations in channel Partners (CP’s) Orders and supplier adherence to schedule.”

 

 

 

 

Job Responsibility

 

 

1. Procurement Order Scheduling :-
Analyse & upload schedules for all Parts on monthly basis through servigistics ( SVG).
Determine optimum procurement lead time in consultation with buyers and maintain in SAP.
Co-ordinate with buyers for opening inventory analysis at various PDC’s, procurement on orders checks, Slow Moving Parts procurement, Critical Parts analysis,Spurt/dip in demand on weekly basis.
Monitoring actual inventory against target inventory with parts classification Fast, Medium, Slow (FMS)/Regular,
intermittent,Sporadic ( RIS), discontinued from Production (Obsolete) and provide input to Procurement team for necesary action.
Monitoring of Stock transfer order ( STO) FFR for Procurement cycle Parts where STO FFR is less.
In order to ensure scheduling accuracy for achieving STO FFR.

2. Demand Planning & Inventory Optimization :-
Monitor scheduling activities regularly for timeliness and accuracy and provide inputs for changes in exceptional schedules to SVG.
Co-ordinate with buyers for Share of Business (SOB) correction along with demand & receipt data for Group Parts on fortnightly.
Analyse backorders regularly with respect to material availability and provide inputs to procurement team for priority action.
Analyse Alternate Part chain to consume stock of old Parts in order to avoid buildup of non-moving inventory and provide input to tech cell for updation.
Monitoring material availability against lapsed order with respect to schedule and provide input to concerned stake holders.
Prepare Projections for Annul capacity planning of vendors for better performance and give input to procurement team.
Generating Weekly schedules for select vendors to ensure timely delivery & optimum WH Utilization and give input to procurement team.
In order to achieve inventory turns & supplier delivery perfomance.

Senior Manager- Infotainment System/Instru

Purpose of the role:

Shall lead the requirement handling with supplier and Prepare of software technical requirements for infotainment features/Head Up Display features/Cluster features.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Functional design of distributed functions in line with in-vehicle communication requirements (CAN/LIN/SOME-IP/Ethernet) after coordinating with stakeholders
  • Identification of design exceptions/failure modes to ensure functional robustness using systematic methodology (block diagram, function tree etc…)
  • Functional and Software interfaces design specification using use cases, sequence diagram, state diagrams etc. in UML tools
  • Prepare RFQ, Scope of Work documentation and participate discussion with supplier for completion of technical review and agreement
  • Systems engineering of software and Hardware components
  • Prepare DFMEA and review with the cross functional team
  • Troubleshooting and analysis of functional/System Level defects
  • Provide technical support on all phases of delivery like PO, PP, SOP and field failures.
