The Tesla Collision Repair Program is looking for a Collision Customer Service Representative to work on one of the most progressive vehicle brands in the world. This position will involve supporting the Internal Collision Center in all aspects of its Authorized Collision Program.

DMV Operations Specialist

What to Expect
The DMV Operations Specialist is part of the Delivery Operations team and will work with Tesla departments and external parties to help complete vehicle registration transactions and purchase paperwork including but not limited to customer purchases. This role’s schedule is 11:00AM – 8:00PM, Monday through Saturday with a day off during the week. Working six days to be expected during peak seasons.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinates with Sales and Delivery Specialists to ensure that all required documents pertaining to the transaction are complete and accurate
  • Processes DMV registrations related to sales, as well as for Tesla-owned vehicles
  • Records information and ensures data quality in multiple record keeping systems including but not limited to Tesla internal systems and state vendor portals
  • Serves as an authority on vehicle tax and registration rules by geography, keeping abreast of changes as they are announced and communicating them to the team in a timely manner
  • Participates in testing of new and updated forms and processes
  • Assists with special projects as needed
  • Supports other locations and teams on end of quarter delivery pushes as needed

Tesla’s Service Shop Supervisors lead our service shop floor teams. In this role, you are responsible for managing a team of Technicians and ensuring they provide exceptional service while maintaining operational efficiency in our service centers.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a highly engaged team of Technicians to achieve service output goals
  • Maintain appropriate shop records and inventories and manage smooth workflow in the service center
  • Serve as the process leader for shop activities, ensuring work standards are defined and systemically improved with input from service technicians and the rest of the service center team
  • Partner with Service Manager and other key stakeholders to establish targets for quality, speed, and cost in line with customer and business needs
  • Monitor to ensure that all employees comply with safety regulations and the service center’s safety program
  • Work with employees to manage schedules and resolve technical and personnel problems
  • Conduct regularly scheduled one on one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate professional development and monitor team training requirements

Delivery Vehicle Prep

As a Delivery Vehicle Prep Specialist at Tesla, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer delivery experience.
