Objective of the Role
The Lead – Program Delivery will ensure the successful execution and optimization of learning programs, adhering to the designed curriculum while aligning with the company’s long-term learning goals. - Develop and execute annual and quarterly learning plans by using data-driven algorithms and studies to assess learning needs across the organization and ensure the efficient allocation of resources.
