Manufacturing Supervisor-Packaging Night Shift
As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be leading teams in the biggest UNILEVER Personal care factory in North America. You will lead teams across the factory. You will develop teams and deliver through teams. You will champion Factory Operating system practices across all areas of the factory. You will uphold safety as a value in the factory and will ensure compliance to quality is always a priority. You will lead teams to deliver productivity and other business targets through the execution of manufacturing processes.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
- Drive the Unilever safety systems/culture on the factory floor ensuring compliance to all regulatory, plant safety rules and other programs such as LOTO and risk assessments.
- Drive compliance to quality standards through training, educating teams on the floor as per the existing standards. Ensuring all risks are evaluated and proper support is available to navigate quality concerns.
- Provide guidance in root cause analysis for quality and safety incidents and establishes countermeasures to mitigate recurrence.
- Drive productivity through execution of factory operating systems in all areas, ensuring resources are directed as per the business priorities/urgency
- Sets and delivers the business targets such as Operational reliability, PM & AM compliance, and operational waste.
- Guide the teams during equipment breakdown, documenting breakdown details, and assigning relevant resources for resolution.
- Sets and delivers plan to deliver the medium term and long-term business targets.
- Tracks performance indicators such as operational efficiency, changeover losses along with cost, escalates and directs resources as per the priorities.
- Builds capabilities in teams through engagement and ensuring hiring, training and communication is always in place.
- Shares consistent and on time feedback to the teams, ensures the performance, attendance standards are always met.

Ice Cream US CCS Mgr Klondike & OOH
The Customer Strategy and Planning Manager (CSPM) is the voice of the customer and the shopper in the Business Unit (BU). They are responsible for ensuring channel and customer insights are incorporated in the development of brand and category plans for the Klondike. Assisting in building execution against those plans in the context of retailer strategy. This role represents the customer in core organizational processes including business analysis, S&OP, & Net Revenue Management. This role will also manage and lead all CS&P functions with our Out-Of-Home Channel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy channel specific annual business plans, which deliver category development and competitive growth in the marketplace. The CSPM interfaces strategically across the business, representing Customer Development interests in cross-functional interactions.
- Articulate and able to develop strategies and plans while adapting brand strategies into channel and customer strategies in a simple and actionable way.
- Develop, lead and/or support brand projects as necessary to reach revenue targets and trade investment budgets
- Lead and collaborate cross-functionally as the OOH CS&P lead with innovation, finance and OOH teams to execute distribution changes within the baskets, innovation adds and deletes, and channel strategy

Pay: The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $143,900. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

- Operates Bartelt, SN & Jones machine(s) including peripheral fillers, (may operate two machines simultaneously) keeping watch for any malfunctions.
- Is responsible for maintaining quality and quantity of pouches as set by Quality Assurance and by Packaging Production Standards.
- Performs weight and quality checks every 15 minutes or hour depending on the line to ensure ingredient fills are maintained within standards.
- Checks ingredient and total pouch weights and adjusts the controls as required to ensure adherence to standards
- Clear jams on machine as required.
- Performs certain mechanical adjustments on Packaging lines.
- Retrieve packaging material from forward pick area within the room and loads onto machine
- Uses computer to retrieve changeover information and settings.
- Reports machine malfunction (mechanical/electrical) to mechanic, electrician or supervisor.
- Updates all related Line KPI information and graphs as required.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Minimum of two (2) years recent and continuous employment in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
- Must have strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Scoop Shop Team Member
The role of the Scoop Shop Team Member is to perform daily scoop shop responsibilities. A Scoop Shop Team Member should be an enthusiastic and hardworking individual that can work alongside a large team within the Scoop Shop and within the larger Hospitality department, which also includes our Gift Shop and Tour operations. They should be able to provide excellent customer service and outstanding brand experiences in the Scoop Shop at Ben & Jerry’s original factory location and the top tourist destination in Vermont. A Scoop Shop Team Member will report to the Scoop Shop Experience Hospitality Manager.
Who You Are & What You’ll Do
- Perform daily scoop shop responsibilities, including register transactions, taking orders, scooping ice cream, prepping menu items, producing baked goods and interacting with customers.
- Perform daily upkeep and cleaning procedures and report maintenance concerns.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for the Scoop Shop operations including preparations, cleaning, restocking, and dishwashing.
- Act as a line greeter during busy days, interacting and assisting guests with their Scoop Shop orders.
- Adhere to operation protocols, including store & staff appearance, proper cash handling procedures, customer service, cleanliness, compliance with all safety and operating standards, merchandising and production of waffle cones, novelties, and baked goods.

Pay rate is $20.79 per hour and assignment is for 120 days.
