DIRECT TAXATION – Advance Tax and Tax Provision workings, Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Income Tax Return, Income Tax Assessments & Appeals:
- Compilation and calculations for Advance Tax, Deferred Tax & Tax Provision workings.
- Preparing Computation of Income and Income tax returns;
- Preparation and coordination with tax auditors for Form 3CD and its annexures; and Form 29B (MAT audit report);
- Filing petitions and appeals;
- Compiling information for income tax assessments/ CIT appeals, prepare/review submission and appearing before the income tax authorities and briefing Senior Counsels.
- Advising about TDS applicability.
- Maintaining reconciliation of tax records vis, a vis accounting records.

To give the line clearance as per BMR/BPR, SOPs and checklists
To monitor and record online in-process parameters as per specified frequency in BPR/BMR
