DIRECT TAXATION – Advance Tax and Tax Provision workings, Preparation of Computation of Income and filing of Income Tax Return, Income Tax Assessments & Appeals:

    1. Compilation and calculations for Advance Tax, Deferred Tax & Tax Provision workings.
    2. Preparing Computation of Income and Income tax returns;
    3. Preparation and coordination with tax auditors for Form 3CD and its annexures; and Form 29B (MAT audit report);
    4. Filing petitions and appeals;
    5. Compiling information for income tax assessments/ CIT appeals, prepare/review submission and appearing before the income tax authorities and briefing Senior Counsels.
    6. Advising about TDS applicability.
    7. Maintaining reconciliation of tax records vis, a vis accounting records.
