Role Summary/Purpose:

Synchrony is continuing to build a world class Performance Media and Creative Organization committed to driving results with our retail partners, while also delivering leading customer experiences.   Within this organization, our Paid Social Team is focused on achieving growth by making data-driven decisions to create meaningful interactions with existing and potential customers.  We are seeking a motivated Paid Social Analyst to serve as a hands-on-keyboard paid social strategist, buyer, and analyst, supporting business units across the enterprise.  This role will execute and optimize efficient paid social campaigns including work within Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Reddit and other social media properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate paid social campaign execution, optimization, and reporting for key business unit
  • Optimize campaign performance based on primary KPI’s across various paid social platforms, striving to consistently refine tactics, audiences, and messaging to produce efficient business results
  • Build weekly/monthly reporting, developing client insights and analysis to inform ongoing strategies, growth opportunities, and meet business objectives
  • Assist with campaign strategy and planning, providing strategic tactical recommendations based on proven performance informed by current campaigns
  • Assist with documenting learning agenda and testing plans to achieve new learnings and improve performance
  • Collaborate with analytics, media ops, strategy and other internal teams on measurement, tagging, billing and reporting
  • Identify strategic opportunities, facilitating change in order to hit and exceed client expectations and KPIs
  • Collaborate with other paid channels (programmatic, SEM, etc.) and organic social media teams on cross channel integration and strategy

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in Marketing, or in lieu of a degree 4+ Years of experience in Marketing.
  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience executing paid social campaigns, actively working within platform tools at an agency or brand. Meta platform knowledge required, Pinterest, Reddit and LinkedIn preferred
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in developing and executing plans in a fast-paced environment and consistently meeting deadlines
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in executing social campaign pacing, pulling reporting, monitoring performance, and managing campaign optimizations
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in BFSI sector or marketing agency

Desired Skills/Knowledge:

  • Experience working on B2C campaigns; working in financial, healthcare or retail categories a plus
  • Working knowledge of the technical build of a paid social campaign (bidding structure, tagging, trafficking, audience management etc.)

Manager, Ad Ops Media Operations

Within this organization, our Ad Operations Team is focused on achieving growth by making data-driven decisions to create meaningful interactions with existing and potential customers by focusing on capturing business requirements and ensuring flawless execution of digital campaigns on property & off property.  We are seeking a Manager, Ad Operations rolling up to Synchrony, India, Hyderabad to lead efforts in ensuring delivery of marketing operational excellence, supporting business partners across the Synchrony enterprise. This role is responsible for managing, maintaining, and pushing adoption of paid media operational processes, with a focus on trafficking and operations management that supports an omnichannel marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Intake, review, execute, and QA’ing various ad trafficking tasks.
  • Oversee and execute end-to-end management of digital campaign and optimizations.
  • Manage and monitor ad inventory, ensuring campaigns have sufficient budget, targeting, and inventory to meet goals.
  • Check digital creative assets, production/trafficking requirements to make sure they follow the specification needed to run in digital platforms and on synchrony properties.
  • Understand and enforce internal naming conventions for digital campaigns.
  • Maintain tracking parameters (e.g., site codes, UTM, INTCMP parameters) across various campaign URLs to advance campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Execute cross-channel trafficking tasks within various ad-servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360, Kevel).
  • Implement brand safety monitoring and blocking tagging with DoubleVerify.
  • Execute quality assurance (QA) across campaigns pre and post launch to ensure flawless digital execution and to confirm compliance with regulatory needs.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of media campaigns and related projects.
  • Address client questions and concerns regarding new initiatives and optimizations.
  • Detail-oriented in order to properly update and maintain internal technical documents, including generating documentation of existing processes and improvements to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

Executive Assistant

The primary responsibility of this role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient senior executive administrative support to the Country Head for Synchrony India as well as the HR head for Synchrony Asia. Responsibilities will be broad, dynamic and changeable in nature ranging from coordinating or leading special projects, arranging conferences through to preparing presentations. This individual will work closely with the two leaders and will have close working knowledge of the office.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Support Executive leaders by driving all related administrative tasks with a strong sense of ownership and empowerment and “can do” attitude.
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management, as well as management of content and flow of information to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for programmatic display and video campaign planning, development, execution, optimization and forecasting across the enterprise
  • Work directly with strategy and business teams on campaign planning, providing strategic tactical recommendations based on proven performance informed by current campaigns
  • Collaborate with other channel leads (SEM, social, SEO, etc.) on cross channel strategy and planning
  • Oversee campaign optimizations, brand safety, reporting and budget management for campaign success
  • Collaborate with analytics, media ops, strategy and other cross channel teams on measurement, tagging, and reporting
  • Manage creative trafficking workflows, ensure proper approvals have been met and creatives are functioning correctly
  • Build campaign structures within the programmatic DSP platforms, ensuring all QAs are complete before launch
