ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Reinvigorate and reestablish our Social Center of Excellence as the go-to resource for social media best practices, trainings, communications and collaboration across the company.
  • Collaborate with platform, vendor and agency teams to stay on the cusp of innovation, then translate that information into actionable insights to improve our social relevance
  • Ensure our brand is kept safe on social, contributing to social media policy, social media training, access assurance processes, tools oversite and audits.
  • Maintain oversite, ensure compliance and guide operational excellence across our full AT&T social media ecosystem inclusive of core brand, extended brands, and retail store handles.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize constantly, identify trends and inform future strategies.  Track, analyze and report on key impacts.

  • Prioritize and reprioritize masterfully and with limited direction, including work for self and for team with keen anticipation of business needs

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or Social Media Governance & Ops lead for a Brand or Agency
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms, their associated business managers, and operational best practices
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Passion for social media and staying ahead of industry trends
  • Thrive in ambiguity and the charting of new courses; no one day is the same as another
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt rapidly to aggressive deadlines

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Preferred bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Typically, 6+ years of relevant experience in field and or certification may be required.
  • Supervisory: No.

Our Lead Manager – Social Media Governance & Operations managers earn between $105,600 & $158,400 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.

As a Lead ICB Pricing Manager, you will negotiate favorable prices, terms and conditions for major ICB (Individual Case Basis) customer pricing contracts.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the negotiation of favorable prices, terms and conditions of major contracts while ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Works with the sales team to determine the service scope, service objective, and sales messages that makes up the proposed solution to maximize the financial outcome.
  • Creates the value proposition, the business case, pricing, terms and conditions.
  • Primary focus is to project manage the sales process, working with all key players, to deliver a proposal to the client that will secure the contract.
  • Typically works on long life cycle deal development. Develops the overall commercial, technical, and financial framework for the arrangement, which may include a highly creative pricing model with moderately complex risk/reward sharing schemes.
  • Communicates and resolves problems with internal support groups such as sales teams, proposal team, product development team, and finance/costing team. Responsible for the more complex cost analyses and audits associated with the cost function.
  • Works on complex cost problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
  • Provides functional advice and training to less-experienced cost managers.
  • Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.
  • Considered an expert within the discipline.

Education:

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree.

Experience:

  • Requires 6+ years of experience in similar area of responsibility.
