We are currently seeking a Residence Coordinator for our VIC Residence, who will report to the NY Residence Manager as part of our dynamic team in our NY Flagship.
Your opportunity:
As the Residence Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless operations within the NY Flagship Residence by coordinating exceptional experiences for VICs while maintaining the back-of-house (BOH) area.
How you will contribute:
Facilitate Residence operations:
· Ensure the smooth functioning of all FOH and BOH activities, maintaining a well-organized and efficient environment in the residence.
· Monitor inventory of non-merchandise supplies, including drinks, packaging, and other essentials.
· Support residence-specific events and appointments by organizing the space and ensuring all materials are prepared.
· Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards ensuring merchandise is aligned with brand guidelines.

Assist in Client Experience:

· Assist the NY Residence Manager and VIC Experience & High-End Manager during sales ceremonies, including serving refreshments to clients.
· Provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere, ensuring the highest level of hospitality for VICs.
· Assist in organizing special events, experiences, and services within the residence, ensuring an exceptional client experience.
Cross-Functional Support:
· Assist the flagship store team with tasks such as BOH support, cashiering, and sales as needed.
· Ensure visual standards are upheld in both the residence and flagship store, supporting the team in product presentation and store maintenance.
New York Salary Range:
- Salary range of $22.00-25.00/hr (plus overtime and commission eligibility)

How you will contribute

Who you are
