  • Build best in class interactive analytics tools with superior user experience by leveraging PowerBI /Dash Python/JS (react)
  • Develop business solutions which are scalable, automated, self-sustainable and interactive with end users

  • Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance.

Education / Certifications:

Total relevant experience of 3-5 years

 

Job specific requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in applying analytical techniques to solve business problems
  • Proven experience in analytics and reporting projects with Cross-Functional and Global stakeholders
  • Experience in Visualization Tools (Tableau/Power BI/Spotfire)
  • Experience in Data Management and Processing Tools (Talend/Alteryx/R/Prep/SQL)
  • Experience in web app development tools and projects may be advantageous (PowerBI / Dash / React / JS)
  • Experience in Statistical analytical tools and projects may be advantageous
  • Experience in using SAP may be advantageous
  • Extensive experience in bringing data together from multiple sources, bring out insights & showcase in an easy-to-understand visualization

Area Sales Manager- Omni Mumbai

You lead a team of field sales representatives to ensure delivery of the sales strategy and achievement of annual KPIs and targets for a particular area.

Manager – Direct Material Operations – India

In this role, you are the single point of contact for local leaders in a specific geographic or plant location. You manage the interactions between business stakeholders and sourcing teams and collaborate across the manufacturing, supply chain and the commercial business. You also manage the local implementation of regional and/or global projects.

What you need to know about this position:

  • Drive short and long-term sourcing strategies for Raw Materials and Packaging Materials in collaboration with the Regional/Global Spend Towers.
  • You will ensure that the category strategies are developed and implemented in alignment with the needs and priorities of the India business
  • Be the single point of contact for the procurement of raw and packaging materials for India BU.
  • You will be responsible for addressing day-to-day supply challenges, if any, across owned and external manufacturing plants Deliver service-level targets by ensuring material availability, escalating when needed, and support business continuity planning implementation.
