About the role: The role will encompass building Pharma business on Hyperlocal and marketplace towards the long-term goal of Flipkart health being the partner of choice for all stakeholders. To ensure end to end category management from regional and central selection planning, stitching together strategic partnerships for Flipkart Health+. Key Deliverables are across:
Client and Market understanding:
Develop a thorough knowledge of the market – short term and long-term trends. Have an in-depth knowledge of competition, vendors and have an ability to influence the market. Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and develop and execute against partner plans.
Selection and Offers:
Closely work with existing and potential partners that can help us solve the regional challenges
Review the monthly, quarterly schemes from each partner and work with teams to get the best possible selection & partners onboarded. Manage promotions along with partners. Develop deep and long standing relationships with vendors (sellers, suppliers and the pharma clients) – to drive relationships from the strategic to the tactical. Own the terms of business with the vendor – products, ordering, growth.
Ensure high share of mind from the partner. Make brands & vendors partners in driving disruptive changes for the category. Develop and manage a fulfillment strategy with the vendors to ensure best selection along with the optimal cost and service.
What you’ll need:
- 5-7 Years of experience in healthcare/ Pharma set-up.
- Experience in the Pharma modern trade/ healthcare e-Com, distribution, supply chain is an added advantage
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical products, therapy areas and market which includes building the regional selection.
- The role includes identification, selection and on-boarding of regional partners. Thus, an existing clientele/ portfolio in healthcare distribution is preferred.
