Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth across platforms including YouTube and Instagram.
  • Create high-quality, original content for Cleartrip’s YouTube channel and Instagram profile, ranging from travel guides and destination highlights to travel tips, vlogs, behind-the-scenes footage, and visually appealing Instagram posts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives across all content formats.
  • Manage Cleartrip’s YouTube and Instagram content calendars, planning, scripting, and producing videos and posts to maintain a consistent and impactful presence on the platforms.
  • Monitor YouTube and Instagram analytics, track performance metrics, and leverage insights to optimize content strategy, improve engagement, and drive channel growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with travel influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors to collaborate on YouTube and Instagram collaborations, amplify Cleartrip’s message, and reach new audiences.
  • Identify strategic brand partnerships and collaborations with other travel-related and lifestyle brands to create buzz for the Cleartrip brand, increase visibility, and drive customer acquisition.
  • Negotiate and execute brand collaborations, co-branded content campaigns, and joint promotional initiatives to maximize brand exposure and generate buzz in the travel industry.
  • Stay updated on YouTube and Instagram trends, algorithm updates, and best practices for content creation and collaboration to continuously innovate and enhance Cleartrip’s presence on the platforms.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing, with a focus on YouTube and Instagram content strategy, video production, and influencer collaboration.
  • Strong understanding of YouTube and Instagram platform dynamics, algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid content distribution, including SEO, metadata optimization, and audience targeting.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling, visual communication, and influencer marketing, demonstrated through a portfolio of engaging YouTube and Instagram content and successful brand collaborations.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret YouTube and Instagram analytics, track performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to optimize content strategy and achieve KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, negotiate partnerships, and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Trust & Safety Compliance Program Manager

About the job

Trust and Safety is a key function within the Flipkart Ethics & Compliance group targeted towards enhancing the overall compliance to regulations on the platform for Item and Sellers. The function requires deep insights and understanding of various prohibited and restricted items, potential violation scenarios, items listing risks, Seller risks and consequently develop the interventions at scale. The Technical Program Manager – Trust & Safety Compliance (T&S Com.), will be responsible for developing and managing the T&S Com. projects, communication, resource plans and processes.
  • Analyze all management and technical processes to ensure they’re delivered as expected.
  • Meet regularly with project stakeholders and define project goals and objectives.
  • Generate regular reports to update stakeholders and manage projects.
  • Establish and train teams on processes and strategies.
  • Oversee day-to-day technical operations, including assignments and personnel review.
  • Define roles and responsibilities of the team and determine clear deliverables.

  • Ensuring timely validation & billing closure for partners on billing inputs.

You are Responsible for:

  • Hands on experience in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Prior experience in managing or handling temp staff operations & billing would be preferable
