Responsibilities:
- Requirement gathering – interacting with the internal stakeholders to understand all the requirements from the proposal stage till taking the campaigns live.
- For in-house campaigns, all the operational work for taking the campaign live updating the campaign, and sending out related communications is to be managed.
- The task here is inclusive of coordinating with the creative team to get the final designs, getting them uploaded, designing and executing a process to identify key performance indicators, and tracking them.
- Working with the Business Intelligence team in getting these key performance indicators captured and scheduling reports for further analysis.
- Coordinating with the internal teams- creative design, Developers, Testing Team, Business intelligence, Brand, and Legal to ensure that all the identified requirements are met.
- Estimating the time required and meeting the timelines in the process.
- Proofreading all communication elements.
- Regular monitoring of standard contests on the platform and optimizing them as per the external environment.
- Maintaining a record of all the payments made in the marketing campaigns, getting them approved and cleared by the finance department.
- Liaising with the Business Intelligence team to ensure that all the marketing campaign-related data is recorded at our end.
- Reports of new or existing marketing campaigns covering all the metrics to be maintain
- Documentation of complete life cycles of campaigns including data, dashboards, approach, and timelines.
Requirements:
- B. Tech /MBA/ any graduate or postgraduate from a well-reputed college and a hunger for learning and implementing marketing.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in marketing operations (referably online)- Acquisition( Facebook, google)

Job Role:
- Cricket & Fantasy Sports Expertise: Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of cricket and passion for sports, while keeping up with the latest news to optimize campaign relevance.
- Campaign Execution & Supervision: Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including planning, verification, and ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time with zero errors.
- Communication Proofreading: Proofread all communication elements to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before going live.
- Campaign Reporting: Generate and maintain detailed reports for new and existing campaigns, capturing key metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and overall performance.

Senior Product Manager
Role Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will drive new product initiatives on RummyCircle.com. The candidate will live and breathe the product, will need to understand our players better than anyone, and ideate and implement features that drive long term retention, engagement and revenue. The ideal candidate is both strategic and detail-oriented, has proven product management experience, and is equally comfortable working with all stakeholders. The candidate comes with team management experience and is able to effectively get team members to ramp up and deliver on the planned roadmap. The work environment is fast-paced and results driven.
Position: Senior Manager-Product
Responsibilities:
Generate new product ideas, enhancements to existing product by collating requests from both internal stakeholders and customers. Own long term revenue and retention feature roadmap.
Assist in developing product strategy and roadmap for RummyCircle.com product. The product roadmap is created by analyzing and prioritizing projects, determining the product design & development effort and negotiating the launch timeframes with development teams
Create functional and UI specifications, business cases and wire frames, conduct specification reviews with requestor groups and development teams and be the main contact for the specifications during the development and implementation phases.
Interface with all relevant stake holders to drive timely, seamless and successful rollouts.
Define, track and improve key product metrics and monitor those metrics. Collate and analyze key daily/weekly/monthly data on various features performance and report key findings.
Be the first point of escalation for any product related problems/queries.
Evaluate new product opportunities for Company fit from audience and technology perspective. Analyze internal systems and recommend software enhancements to improve productivity.
