Job Objective: Analyzes, monitors, and maintains the terms and obligations imposed by company leases and contracts in order to maintain company assets.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzes and interprets terms and conditions of oil and gas leases, contracts, conveyances, and other documents relating to company’s assets.
- Documents, monitors, and maintains necessary land and contract information into company’s land maintenance computer system.
- Identifies and documents actual holdings of company in terms of acreage and percentage of ownership in properties.
- Reviews, monitors, and assists in coordination of Rental Recommendations and Special Obligation Reports, taking appropriate action to maintain asset base.
- Reviews, re-formats to company specifications, and maintains an inventory of all land related files, with exception of division order files, for assets acquired by the company.
- Communicates with brokers, landowners, and state and federal agencies regarding company assets.
- Prepares and maintains Prospect Land Summaries.
- Creates, modifies, and provides land reports.

Job Objective: Assists the Acquisitions and Divestitures Department with the technical work of the company’s exploitation and exploration projects.

- Creates, updates, and prepares economic databases, primarily in ARIES.
- Retrieves, downloads, and imports well production test and other data.
- Creates preliminary economic forecasts.
- Completes summary evaluation spreadsheets and various metric worksheets and graphs.

- Coordinates special projects for reservoir, geological, and (A&D) staff.
- Reviews and verifies accuracy of evaluation well data.

Provides administrative and technical support to assist the Human Resources Department in the delivery of various human resources programs and procedures for all company employees.
