Make an impact as an Associate Specialist, Communications:

The Communications team focuses on building, supporting, and defending Mastercard’s reputation with key internal and external audiences. This role will be tailored specifically to Mastercard’s North America (NAM) region, with an emphasis on the strategic communication of our most high-profile sponsorships—including McLaren/Formula 1, the PGA and the Arnold Palmer Invitational, The GRAMMYs, the New York Marathon, and other iconic properties. As a Communications Launcher, you will have the opportunity to contribute to these efforts by supporting tactical communications activities that align with our corporate strategy. This includes writing, copyediting, media monitoring, event staffing, and more. You will gain experience across strategy development, account management, social media, media relations, employee engagement, and support for some of Mastercard’s most exciting initiatives and sponsorships.

Overview

People Services is a part of Mastercard’s Global Business Services Center (GBSC) HR shared service center and is responsible for ensuring support in resolving employee’s HR inquiries and supporting HR programs and processes on a global basis. The organization has team members in several locations throughout the world to provide superior customer service to our employees and align with time zones and language differences.

The position for, Senior Specialist, HR Services will provide Tier 2 Benefit support to all employees across North America and other regions, with a high degree of customer satisfaction, expertise, and timeliness. The role is based in O’Fallon, MO and will support multiple regions.

• Provide Tier-2 resolutions to employee’s queries received via AskPeopleServices
• Manage partnership of benefits vendors and insurance brokers to ensure consistent quality, delivery, compliance with SLA and cost effectiveness
• Partner with benefit vendors and insurance brokers to administer benefit plans for all employees across multiple regions supporting Global Benefits Team

Lead Technology Risk Analyst

Technology Risk Management (TRM) is a key component of Mastercard’s three lines of defense model, enabling first-line technology risk management through implementation of risk and control methodology and best practices, control advisement and monitoring, and assurance to external stakeholders (i.e., regulators and customers).

The Role
The Lead Technology Risk Analyst is responsible for managing the implementation of the product roadmap/strategy and the operationalization of in-scope GRC tools and relevant processes in alignment with enterprise framework requirements. This role will directly support the Archer Controls Assurance Program Management (CAPM) module, including product, operationalization, and day-to-day support.

Responsibilities include:
• Create process designs, customer personas, and functional/technical systems and architecture requirements to support GRC strategy
• Serve as the product lead for specific Archer Solutions (i.e., CAPM), developing and maintaining CAPM roadmap, strategy, and prioritization
• Work directly with Development and supporting teams to facilitate PI Planning and elaborate features, translating functional requirements to technical requirements and actioning/prioritizing enhancements
• Support Archer releases, including the completion of UAT and Production testing; create test plans

Vice President and Head of B2B Applications Growth
