Role:
This role involves managing demand generation, right from driving traffic for the category
through various on and off platform touchpoints, to taking actions to drive conversions. The
role also involves enabling data-backed decision-making on growth hacks and building on
strategic bets from a medium to long-term perspective for charters by working with
stakeholders across product, category, and brand marketing for respective businesses. This role
involves working with the leadership team to define the future strategy for the charters.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for driving the revenue and growth for the categories – by enabling data backed

Roles and responsibilities
Role:
The proposed role is for planning of the Men’s category. The planning lead will work with the category team to drive key merchandising and strategic decisions that influence the category P&L
Responsibilities:
- Category planner will be responsible for category specific planning activities on the following levels
- Selection – Making season level buy plans / assortment plans, based on past performance & growth / revenue targets to ensure that the category is well represented
- Monthly – Monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB management
- Reporting & KPI management – Tracking category’s key metrics, weekly/monthly/season performance review and analytics support to category managers.
- Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently suggest brands/category expansion
