Associate – Platform – Pipeline

Role:
This role involves managing demand generation, right from driving traffic for the category
through various on and off platform touchpoints, to taking actions to drive conversions. The
role also involves enabling data-backed decision-making on growth hacks and building on
strategic bets from a medium to long-term perspective for charters by working with
stakeholders across product, category, and brand marketing for respective businesses. This role
involves working with the leadership team to define the future strategy for the charters.
Responsibilities:
● Responsible for driving the revenue and growth for the categories – by enabling data backed
decision making for growing the brands on the platform, increasing customer acquisition and
retention for the categories
● Responsible for the visibility, marketing (on app and off app) of the allocated charters in order
to meet business objectives and achieve topline targets
● End to end responsibility of maintaining dedicated stores; driving creative conversations;
managing activations and event integrations for the charters
● Managing New Launches, sustenance for these brands
● Using consumer insights to initiate and drive new projects to scale the business.
● Generating and analyze consumer, shopper, retailer and competition insights related to
portfolios, with actionable recommendations
● Setting up various experiments on and off platform to drive growth for the business and
widen the top of the funnel.
● Working closely with category stakeholders to enable the right inputs / deals for BAU and
Events

As the lead for Design, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the creative direction and design strategy for our apparel line.

Your role is pivotal in conceptualizing, developing, and executing designs that resonate with our brand values and target audience.

By collaborating closely with various teams, you’ll ensure that our apparel designs effectively communicate our brand identity and drive customer engagement.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Creative Direction:

  • Overlook the creative direction and vision for the brand.
  • Develop and communicate design guidelines, brand aesthetics, and creative concepts

Associate – Planning (Inventory & Category)

Roles and responsibilities
Role:
The proposed role is for planning of the Men’s category. The planning lead will work with the category team to drive key merchandising and strategic decisions that influence the category P&L

Responsibilities:

  • Category planner will be responsible for category specific planning activities on the following levels
  • Selection – Making season level buy plans / assortment plans, based on past performance & growth / revenue targets to ensure that the category is well represented
  • Monthly – Monthly target setting, inwards capacity allocation, OTB management
  • Reporting & KPI management – Tracking category’s key metrics, weekly/monthly/season performance review and analytics support to category managers.
  • Identify gaps in product offerings & subsequently suggest brands/category expansion
  • Managing pricing (SOR / OR) – follow up with a category on securing timely control pricing internally as per planned STR/GM/RGM. Working closely on OR discounting based on profitability requirements
  • Operational excellence: Should have prior experience or enough knowledge & confidence to manage merchandising operations, inbound planning, cataloguing & discount monitoring.
  • Process Improvement – Should have a problem-solving approach for the issues faced in planning process & ideate/implement process improvement projects

Revenue sell side or Category Demand Management team shapes demand at a category level across
customer, visibility and pricing levers. It manages day-to-day activities with close interaction with category
buy-side teams. This team is a key driver for achieving platform revenue and growth, at the same time,
scaling the respective category’s revenue, by targeting specific profitability for the category
Roles and Responsibilities
● Analyze data and reports from various sources
● Responsible for generating, maintaining, consolidating and tracking various reports
● Prepare Ad hoc reports based on the requirements from the team
● Identify the opportunities for automating the reports, snapshots and dashboards using
advanced formulae and other techniques
