What you can expect:

The Brand Design Intern is responsible for partnering across several types of design projects and execution of comprehensive brand design and graphic design projects across our Global Food and Global Beverage portfolios. Successful candidates will demonstrate superior ability to drive design thinking from ideation through concept development, refinement, and execution. Create high quality brand design solutions by directly executing design and leveraging internal/external design resources. The Designer must be able to sketch and articulate his/her creative thinking.

  • The expected compensation hourly pay ranges for hires into our 2025 campus intern openings is $21.50 – $40.19/hour

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in design with strong portfolio demonstrating graphic/brand design
  • Ideally, he/she has a background in packaging design and brand design with 360 identities.
  • Will have a strong understanding of graphic design as well as a good basic understanding of industrial design
  • Great sketching skills and idea development techniques to create and communicate concepts
  • Ability to work cross-functionally throughout the center to support Innovation and Design
  • Collaborative, able to ideate and construct ideas within a team-based design environment
  • Technically solid, able to illuminate ideas and visualize design stories across a variety of media
  • Storyboarding – Creating story flows, planning transitions, mapping out movements
  • Design / Illustration – Creating all kinds of visual assets and layouts in a wide variety of illustrative styles.
  • Direction – Researching complex subjects, developing treatments, keeping each project on time and within budget.

Territory Manager Designate

The Territory Manager Designate role is designed as a 6-9 month leadership training program. You will receive a customized on-boarding plan to assimilate and develop the necessary skill set in preparation for an accelerated career path as a PepsiCo Sales Leader.

Upon successful completion of the designate training program, you will promote to a Territory Manager role.  In this role you will have a Territory and manage District Sales Leaders, who currently lead our front-line team members.

 

As Territory Manager will lead between $40-70 Million in annual sales and 5-10 direct reports who each lead 8-10 of their own direct reports. The role will directly engage with customers and provide direct leadership and necessary guidance to Sales & Service team leaders to exceed zone’s sales and growth expectations, utilizing proven relationship building techniques. The position works closely with the Key Account and National Account managers to ensure that planned customer activities achieve sales plan.  The role will lead all aspects of selling processes ensuring effective execution and service excellence by all team members while ensuring selling expense is on or better than plan.

  • Translate Region and National priorities into effective District and Route level activity plans, solving required product volume objectives.
  • Resolve complex / escalated customer issues. Participate in Region planning meetings.  Work with Zone Sales Leader to ensure plans are aligned, and Region guidance is appropriately addressed.
  • Actively coach and develop managers to continually improve performance.
  • Communicate plans to Sales & Service team leaders via meetings each period and weekly 1:1s to ensure Sales / Service managers are well informed and motivated.
  • Work with Key Account Managers (KAMs) to design key account plans and Develop plans to close sales gaps.
  • Evaluate product business units, provide accurate forecasts, identify strategies optimizing for VIP accuracy.
  • Complete 1:1s with each manager, weekly.
  • Ensure period work-with’s completed by each manager.
  • Communicate clear expectations, ensure managers skills are appropriately demonstrated, and performance manage for future improvement.
  • Strengthen, enable and develop Sales / Service team.
  • Set clear, achievable objectives, using data and tools to guide sales / service team.
  • Implement training, coaching and developmental programs for sales / service  team.
  • Proactively support a healthy labor environment, safety culture and mentorship program.
  • Actively prepare for and participate in Region team planning process.
  • Set productivity, service targets, and measure performance to drive accountability through the Customer Service managers.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 – $142,650.

  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually.

Qualifications

Maintenance Technician (Gatorade)

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: The Maintenance Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance of all parts and equipment on the packaging line and blending areas to maximize run time monitors packaging operations and suggests any mechanical/electrical changes or upgrades that would increase efficiency.
MINIMUN SKILLS, REQUIREMENTS: Mechanical skills and experience: basic and general maintenance, burning and welding operations, predictive maintenance skills, plumbing, rigging, shop equipment and machining operationsElectrical skills, experience and ability to understand relay logic, electrical schematics, perform electrical troubleshooting on AC and DC circuits, VFDs, PLCs, operate computers and man-machine interface equipment. Test circuits, fuses, motor starters and motors.Proficient in operating Shop equipment such as Lathe, End Mill, Welder… rebuilds packaging equipment as needed advises Supervisor on any parts needed for the packaging line.Responsible for preventative maintenance (PM) throughout the Plant including, Fillers, Cappers, Depalletizers, Labelers, Conveyors, etc.. Replace, repair, and/or adjust mechanical parts to include, but not limited to valves, bearings, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, gaskets, seals, regulators, couplings, etc. as needed.Calibrate level and conductivity probes through Wonderware computer software enter minor program changes as needed based on equipment adjustments. Operating and working on facility and equipment using the mechanical, electrical and control skills. Write and Complete work orders satisfactorily and in a timely manner adheres to standard operating procedures (SOP) and follows lockout / tag out procedures. Be responsible for modeling safe and effective practice All other duties assigned as assigned or as business needs change. Warehouse Person (Loader) / Evenings

This labor-intensive position is responsible for hand building pallets of product for bulk, and route trucks. Each type of loading requires strict attention to order accuracy with respect to loading outgoing trucks and unloading incoming trucks. Works from Electronic order system or order sheets to build loads using a forklift and/or electronic pallet jack. Position is responsible for accuracy in loading and complying with shipper/receiver documentation. Follows warehouse instructions in building loads (). Employees must maintain a clean and safe work environment. Position may be required to work across a wide variety of weather conditions and hours, shift duration depends on work load and may vary daily.
Transport truck loading involves moving full pallets of products from the warehouse onto a trailer and removing any returned pallets/plastic flats. Responsible for unloading raw materials and placing them in designated warehouse space.
Bulk truck loading involves selecting designated packages and flavors of products from the warehouse and loading them onto a pallet. Position is responsible for maintaining the stability of the pallet through proper stacking and shrink-wrapping. In most cases, pallets are loaded onto a trailer for local delivery. Position is responsible for unloading returned products and pallets/plastic flats.
Route truck loading involves selecting designated packages and flavors or pallets of products from the warehouse and loading them into the truck. Product/packages for each truck are customized based on the salespersons order. Position is responsible for unloading returned products and pallets/plastic flats.
Position requires lifting a very high volume of cases of product per day from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly during a long work period. Requires constant standing, walking, bending, twisting, squatting reaching and grasping as product is moved.
PRIMARY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES: 
  • Drive power pallet jack or forklift to picking area and build pallet/load according to load sheet or voice pick audio equipment (if applicable)
  • Mark load ticket for out of stock items
  • Wrap pallet when pallet/load is finished
  • Turn in paper work with order for check before loading and have truck checked
  • Stage pallet and/or load into truck when ready
  • Complete partial pallets and put away mixed pallets
  • Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work area
  • Regular, reliable, predictable attendance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 18 years or older
HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:
  • Experience working in a warehouse environment (e.g., order selector/picking product storage, product staging, powered pallet jack/forklifts, etc.)
  • Driving a forklift (e.g., performing basic operations such as driving forwards, driving backwards, lifting and lowering boom, maneuvering in tight areas without damaging product, etc.)
  • Working with racking systems and loading/unloading pallets (e.g., pulling and placing pallets on/off vertical product racking systems and trucks, maximizing storage by stacking products vertically, etc.)
  • Experience working in a team environment (e.g., cooperating with co-workers, joint problem solving, etc.)
