We are a startup within the RPSG ecosystem aiming to become a global player in the modern Ayurvedic wellness space. We have already gained significant experience in this domain with our Ayurveda brand called Dr Vaidya’s. Our immediate objective for is to launch multiple wellness products across India, US, and Europe. After that, we plan to blitz scale and become aggressive in our growth journey, aiming for a revenue of 1000+ Cr ARR within 3-4 years of launch.

To achieve our ambitious goals, we are looking for a self-starter and hustler who isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty and get into execution. We need someone who can take ownership of this function from day one and become one of the leaders of our growth journey. The ideal candidate should also be able to build and lead large yet agile teams on this mission.

Roles & Responsibilities :

– Building, expanding, and maintaining e-commerce websites via Shopify.com and WooCommerce/WordPress

– The incumbent has to manage the company’s e-commerce portal along with the specified responsibilities as mentioned below.

– Act as an expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform.

– Keep up to date with the business domain and work closely with business stakeholders.

– Ensure our solutions address the business needs of the business sponsors/leaders

– Adhere to business requirements and provide on-time deliveries

– Plan and execute various aspects of projects not only bound to but beyond Shopify boundaries.

– Understand architecture, various apps and can act as an expert, specializing in all facets of the e-commerce platform.

– Strong knowledge of liquid programming language.

– Has worked on multiple projects from mid to high level of complexity especially on the Ecommerce platform

Experience & Qualifications :

– Must have hands-on experience working with Core PHP.

– Experience in wireframing, UX design, and laying out pages is a must.

– Ability to layout a page in WP Bakery or other page building software preferred.

– Strong knowledge of CSS and web standards.

– Strong knowledge of database design and troubleshooting (MySQL)

– Strong understanding of software development life cycle and best practices

– Solid project-level experience with at least one open-source CMS platform such as WordPress.

– Experience with web-based programming languages (e.g. PHP, JavaScript)

– Well-versed in e-commerce methodologies and best practices.

– Should have minimum of 3+ years in e-commerce/ Shopify / woo-commerce development.
