Key Responsibilities:
● All off App GTM creation as well as execution for categories assigned to you
● Own category growth KRA, including full project management, creation and
maintenance of implementation documentation, and tracking timelines and
deliverables.
● Ability to lead both at the strategic level and also manage tactically
day-to-day operations by diving deeply into business and technical domains
● Analyze data and dive deep into processes to derive insights to drive category
growth
● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including category, brand,
digital marketing, offline marketing to ensure alignment and successful
program execution
● Prepare and deliver regular presentations to senior management and other
stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive strategic initiatives across businesses.
- Strategic Planning and Documentation: Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate closely with the business, product, supply chain team and other stakeholders to design and implement process and product improvements from inception to deployment.

Expert in MS Office, knowledge of Sourcing tools & ERP related to SCM function is preferable.
Associate Director/ Director-Analytics(Category)
Solve ambiguous problems through a structured framework. Priorities high impact work, execute and communicate the insights to senior management
– Take ownership of business metrics end to end from extracting and exploring data, generating hypotheses, building a structured analysis, automating repetitive tasks, and rigorously evaluating methods and results
– Design and maintain segmentation strategies to personalize and improve user behavior their engagement rates to improve conversion, retention, ARPU and CLTV
– Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue, market share, promotion efficacy, distribution channels and pricing effectiveness. Provide reports and actionable insights to senior management
