Role Overview and Expectations:
- Participate in specialized training programs relevant to the designated area of focus, such as Database, Network, Windows, Linux, or Cyber Security Administration.
- Offer first-level (L1) monitoring support while assisting in the management of databases, networks, Windows, Linux, or cybersecurity systems.
- Track and address system alerts and incidents by following predefined procedures.
- Carry out routine tasks like system backups, software upgrades, and patch installations.
- Help in diagnosing and resolving technical problems as they arise.
