Delivery Supervisor

Position Summary:  

The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for effective and efficient product distribution, managing a team of professional drivers, and assisting the Delivery Manager in the day-to-day operations of the delivery department.

 

Position responsibilities: 

  • Supervises the daily delivery operations, planning and scheduling 
  • Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships by coordinating drivers to meet customers’ needs
  • Develops a transportation staff to ensure quality standards and productivity goals are achieved  
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • Associate’s Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 5 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Communications Director

Job Description

  • Collaborating with members of the leadership teams and Corporate functions (HR, Legal, IT, Finance, Operations, Sales, etc.) to develop and execute communications strategies to better connect our workforce and align employee messages to drive results against business objectives
  • Managing the external and internal communication processes for the company, including strategy and support, while also planning and executing employee communications events (e.g., town halls, webcasts, etc.)
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the Vice President of Corporate Affairs, working to understand priorities and translate those into internal communications plans and messages that can be executed across the organization
  • Partnering with stakeholders on change management initiatives and leading communications support of business optimization efforts
  • Coordinating, drafting, editing, and publishing communications through newsletters, email, intranet, video, and other media as appropriate while also embedding messages related to strategy, objectives, vision, values, and culture within internal communications – ensuring strategic content supports business efforts and will resonate with all employee audiences
  • Measuring, monitoring, and responding to employee feedback, including engagement surveys and focus groups with key internal stakeholders; developing a framework for measuring the quality and value of internal communications and making this visible to the organization

Market Director of Spirits

Field based position supporting on-premise accounts throughout Los Angeles County. This position will support our spirits suppliers such as: Sazerac, Gallo, Atomic Brands, William & Grant, Surfside, Pernod Ricard RTDs, & more! 

 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Market Director leads the executive relationship with a portfolio of specific retail customers to identify strategic, mutually beneficial short-term and long-term growth opportunities for retailers while serving as senior customer contact for collaboration and influence
  • As a Market Director, you will coach customer ADS sales team to build strategies with their specific retail customers by bringing knowledge to key decisions from all capability areas within the company
  • You will serve as primary company executive director representing retailer strategies and internal expert on customers in the portfolio, providing input based on insights to inform future commercial strategy for year-over-year growth
  • You will influence, create, coordinate, and communicate pricing architecture, pricing packages, and promotional activity to develop channel strategy to meet customer objectives as well as partner with supply chain to ensure regional execution of retailer strategies

Human Resources Generalist

Position Responsibilities:

  • Support the local Human Resources (HR) team with employee record administration, compliance with laws, training, interviewing, and special projects while providing policy guidance and interpretation to employees, as the Human Resources Generalist

Position Responsibilities: 

  • As a Sales Supervisor, you are responsible for providing effective leadership, training, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
  • You will direct sales and merchandising efforts in assigned retail stores to ensure results are consistent with company goals for displays, shelfing position, and pricing
  • You will assist the Sales Manager in addressing customer issues, monitoring competitive activity, and managing potential overage situations in the market
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 7 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of supervisory experience 
  • Must be able to lift products from 25 to 50 pounds on a regular basis
  • Must have reliable automobile transportation, maintain an acceptable driving record and valid driver license, and maintain auto insurance coverage at least to the minimum amount specified by the Company and state law
