Steward Supervisor

Responsibilities
The Lead Steward will report to the Manager for Training & Food Safety
• Responsible for overseeing all stewarding staff
• Must oversee the cleaning and storage of all wares at AT&T Stadium, including all major culinary equipment
• Execution of stewarding and dish duties
• Must inspect the kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and general order.
• Urgency, timeliness and detail minded in work habits
• Responsible for directing the efficient and effective cleaning of all areas, inclusive of walls and floors
• Ensure the safety and security of employees and guests
• Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding food and beverage operations
• Knowledge of chemical usage, operating a dishwasher, and proper usage of a trash compactor
• Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following:
- Smile, make eye contact, and be courteous!
- Greet each guest in a warm, friendly manner.
- Directing traffic in the parking areas surrounding the facility.
- Placing and removing necessary parking signage; including the placing and/or removing of traffic cones for Drop-off/Pick-up area.
- Making sure correct passes for VIP parking are allowed in VIP Parking Lot.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays. Work effectively under pressure and/or stringent schedule and produce accurate results.

- Participate in all aspects of the conversion process in preparation for events. Duties may include setting up and tearing down flooring, portable chairs, operable wall, barricades, staging, tables, other furnishings and equipment.
- Perform varies duties to ensure the day-to-day operations of the facility are met. These include, but not limited to, loading/unloading delivery trucks, transporting trash and waste to proper disposal area and replenishing supplies.

THE ROLE: Under the direction of the Director of Event Services, the Customer Service Representative’s primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with Legends & ASM Global policies.

- Greet guest as they enter with a smile & great attitude
- Responsible for scanning tickets and ensuring all guests have a proper ticket/credential upon entry
- Provide guests with friendly and accurate directions while in FCEC Venues
- Check tickets for guests attempting to access their section/assist them in locating their seat
- Responsible for questions, information requests and comments
- Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, without the loss of efficiency or composure
- Use excellent customer service skills and positive attitude when interacting with guests, vendors, and employees
- Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines & deadlines set by Directors, Managers and Supervisors
- Effectively and calmly interact with challenges or emotional guests and employees
- Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information
- Always follow all operating policies and procedures

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- One (1) year prior customer service experience, preferably in sports/entertainment venue environment, but not required
