About this position:
The Finance & Strategy (F&S) team serves as a trusted adviser to the business to help inform and guide decision making through business partner support and insightful analyses. Within the Finance & Strategy organization, this position will serve as a key business partner to the Employee Success executive leadership team to build annual budgets, manage quarterly forecasts, and provide decision support through financial analysis to ensure optimal returns on strategic investments. This includes Benefits & Taxes responsibility for the total company. This role will also support the Office of the CEO, Impact, and Global Communications organizations.

Responsibilities:
- Primary finance business partner to the Chief People Officer and Global Rewards, Office of the CEO, Impact, and Global Communications executive leadership teams
